The success of the celebration is ensured by the menu designed by our head chef and the expert service of our hall staff. To ensure the evening proceeds as smoothly as possible and you can focus on socializing, we recommend a unified menu concept for groups of over 10 people.
Our private rooms offer your party privacy, whether it’s a formal dinner or a relaxed gathering. Our kitchen has designed ready-made menu suggestions from the season’s best ingredients, but we are also happy to tailor the offerings according to your wishes. Our wine experts will select perfectly paired drinks to complement the culinary experience.

For lunch events, we offer both quicker options and longer lunch menus suitable for leisurely enjoyment. For those seeking privacy, various sized rooms are available where even confidential discussions or the smallest family celebrations can take place undisturbed.
Memorial Services
The passing of a loved one is a delicate moment when practical arrangements are hoped to proceed effortlessly and discreetly. Pöllöwaari is a peaceful and dignified place to gather to remember a departed loved one and spend time together amidst grief.
We have extensive experience in organizing memorial services. We respectfully take care of all details related to the premises and catering, so that the bereaved can focus on each other and their memories. We always arrange the catering for the event individually according to your wishes. We create a beautiful and serene atmosphere in the space with white linens and candles. We also prepare a dignified memorial table in the space for your loved one’s photograph and a candle.
Catering
The price of the catering always includes a setting that emphasizes the dignity of the occasion: white tablecloths, cloth napkins, candles, and small table flowers. If desired, we can also prepare menu and place cards for your event.
Drinks are charged according to a separate price list. The dessert on the menu can be changed to a custom-made layer cake for an additional fee. Our kitchen accommodates all special dietary requirements communicated in advance.
We kindly request that the final number of guests be confirmed no later than two business days before the event. Billing will be based on the confirmed number.
